How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your RA Miftahul Falah account, please follow the steps below:
Account Deletion Steps
Send an account deletion request email
Send an email to admin@ra-miftahul-falah.sch.id with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include your full name and the email address registered to your account.
Verification meeting scheduling
Our admin will contact you to schedule a virtual (online) meeting to verify account ownership. This meeting is designed to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Account ownership verification
During the virtual meeting, you will need to prove account ownership through one of the following methods:
- Demonstrate access to the email address registered to the account
- Present an identity document (ID card/family card) matching the account username
Account deletion processing
After successful verification, your account will be processed for deletion within 14 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Linked Google account information
- Session history and authentication tokens
- Parent-student claim links
Data That Will Be Retained
Some data will be retained in accordance with legal obligations and school administration requirements:
- Student data (name, class, photo, student ID number) — retained while the student remains enrolled at the school, as this data is part of the school's administrative records and not user account data
- Audit logs — retained for 90 days after account deletion for security and legal compliance purposes, then automatically deleted
