By accessing or using the RA Miftahul Falah mobile application and website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

This service is operated by RA Miftahul Falah, located at Dusun Pangarengan RT 010 RW 003, Desa Sindangasih, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kabupaten Ciamis, Provinsi Jawa Barat 46383, Indonesia.

2. Description of Services

RA Miftahul Falah provides a digital school administration platform that includes:

• Student and class data management
• QR code-based attendance system
• Communication between school staff and parents/guardians
• School activities and program information
• Over-The-Air (OTA) information updates

This service is intended for school administrators, teachers, parents, and guardians of students enrolled at RA Miftahul Falah. This website serves as the school's informational landing page and is not a backend service or API.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features, you need to register an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts are created following verification via an OTP code sent to your email address.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur through your account. Contact us immediately at admin@ra-miftahul-falah.sch.id if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

• Administrator — managed by the school, with full access to student data and system management.
• Teacher — can manage class data and attendance for assigned students.
• Parent / Guardian — can monitor information and attendance of their enrolled child.

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful and permitted purposes
• Not misuse, damage, or interfere with our systems
• Not access other users' accounts without permission
• Not disclose student data to unauthorized third parties
• Not upload content containing hate speech, pornography, or material that violates applicable Indonesian law
• Not reverse engineer our application
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Indonesian Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE)

5. Student Data and Child Protection

We recognize that this service involves data belonging to minors. Therefore:

• Student data may only be entered and managed by administrators or teachers designated by the school
• Parents/guardians have the right to access their child's data through a verified account
• Users are prohibited from sharing student photos or personal information with third parties without school approval
• The school is responsible for ensuring that data entered into the system has been consented to by the relevant parent or guardian

6. Intellectual Property

All content within this service, including but not limited to logos, names, text, images, interface design, and source code, is the property of RA Miftahul Falah or its relevant licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the school.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. You may also request account deletion by following the procedure on the Delete Account page.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability at all times, but cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications to the service at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or unavailability.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RA Miftahul Falah is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Data loss due to user error or device failure
• Losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service
• Actions of third parties resulting in service disruption

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia.
